MICHELLE HOLZBERG, PRESIDENT & EXECUTIVE COACH

Michelle Holzberg, Founder and President of Accelerated Talent Group, is a seasoned talent development professional providing Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Learning Development solutions to Middle Market and Fortune 500 organizations. She brings over twelve years’ experience in talent development working with global organizations across multiple sectors.

Michelle is passionate about one thing – potential. She is an expert at linking professional development to business strategy with a suite of proven solutions to assess, develop and retain talent.  With an eye for connecting synergies and closing gaps across the talent development space, Ms. Holzberg’s strengths lie in her ability to translate business strategy into measurable HR results.

Michelle is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has coaches clients at various career stages, though she specializes in coaching women and emerging millennial leaders.  She is an expert in the field of emotional intelligence (EI), and her approach is rooted in this science. In addition, Michelle speaks at national education workshops that serve to increase the awareness and skills of industry professionals.

She holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, and graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.

Michelle resides in Chicago, Illinois and is an avid long-distance runner, having completed 6 half-marathons (and counting). She also serves on the development board of PAWS Chicago, the city’s largest animal shelter.
