Leading with emotional intelligence
What is it?
Emotional and Social Intelligence (ESI) is the ability to manage interactions to improve relationships, build trust and create a teamwork culture. To be effective in the workplace, leaders need to measure and develop their ESI. They need to be self-aware and clearly understand their strengths and weaknesses. This understanding helps them stay in control of situations and avoid emotionally charged behaviors and decisions.
How does it work?
This program is designed to immerse new and high potential leaders in emotionally intelligent leadership. Participants will begin with a self-assessment, attend a group workshop, learn about and apply self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management in the workplace. Then, working with a coach in group or individual work for 3-6 months, participants will hone their ability to lead with strength and purpose.
The purpose of a leadership assessment is to identify and prioritize strengths and weaknesses, then create a foundation for improvement.
We offer insightful leadership assessments for individuals, groups and teams that can dramatically impact productivity and performance.
How does it work?
We design, administer and interpret the assessments. The results are explained in a comprehensive report. For groups/teams, we deliver workshops designed to increase team effectiveness aligned with the assessment results. For individuals, this is the foundation for leadership program recommendations and coaching.
